Lomi lomi is an ancient Hawaiian ritual tradition. It uses a sequence of strokes to bring balance to the recipient physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. The strokes in each lomi lomi session work through the back, legs, head, neck, abdomen, and arms.

Lomi lomi is great if you're looking for a relaxing treatment. It's not recommended if you suffer from moderate to severe low back pain, hip pain, or arthritis.
